Professional preparation, excecution and postprocessing of you customer contact with the myCustomer App.
Because of the connection of the myCustom App with your company SAP system, every data is available offline in the app. Our solution integrates data out of SAP ECC, SAP Portal for documents and SAP BI for sales figures.
The captured visit reports will be transferred to SAP and were ready for additional adaption in SAP.
Functions:
- VISITS: Display the prepared agenda with the informations, which should be discussed with the customer. In here are only the prepared informations for the customer visit. Therefore the iPad can be used directly in the costumerconversation and the costumer only see´s the informations, exactly prepared for him. These informations were collected easily in the preparation for the visitreport by clicking on the suitcase icon in the particular detailed informations.
- CUSTOMER SELESCTION: Choosing the costumer for the planned costumervisit. Informations like financial data (open purchase order, outstanding accounts), quality-data, sales figures, documents for the meeting can be selected easily by clicking on the suitcase.
